FurCoins are our new way to reward you, our faithful customers.
💰 How do I earn urCoins?
For every 1 € spent on the cart subtotal (before shipping), you earn 1 FurCoin.
Spend 20 € = get 20 FurCoins.
Spend 100 € = get 100 FurCoins.
There’s no expiration date. Your FurCoins are yours to keep forever.
👤 Do I need an account to collect urCoins?
Yes! You’ll need to create/have an account in order to collect and track your FurCoins.
While FCS does allow guest checkout, only accounts can keep your FurCoin balance safe between purchases.
🎁 What can I do with my urCoins?
You have two ways to spend them:
Discounts at Checkout – Every 13 FurCoins = 1 € off your order.
Exclusive Rewards – Unlock special physical items only available through FurCoins, like our Legendary Golden FurCoin collectible.
🏆 How do I unlock urCoin-exclusive items (like the Legendary Golden FurCoin)?
To claim exclusive FurCoin rewards:
Go to your FurCoins Dashboard in your account menu.
Select the reward you want to unlock.
This will set the item’s price in your cart to a perfect 0 € (shipping not included).
You’ll then have a 7-day purchase window to complete your checkout.
⚠️ Important: Once FurCoins are spent to unlock a reward, they are non-refundable. Please be sure before you commit — no take-backsies!
📦 Do I earn urCoins on discounted items?
Yes! 🙌
If you grab something on sale, you’ll still earn FurCoins — just based on the discounted subtotal.
🔄 Can I use urCoins with sales or coupons?
Absolutely. FurCoins can be stacked with ongoing sales and discount codes for extra savings.
🛠️ Do custom statue orders count?
Yes — but with a small note.
FurCoins can be earned and spent on Custom Statue orders, but since those are handled directly (Discord/email), you’ll need to mention it when placing your request.
📬 Do urCoin rewards include free shipping?
No. Exclusive FurCoin items (like the Legendary Golden FurCoin token) still require shipping fees, just like regular products.
💸 Is this some kind of crypto scam?
Haha, nope!
We know the name sounds like a memecoin, but FurCoins have nothing to do with blockchain or crypto.
Think of them like in-store points — just with a furry twist.
🪙 Why does the urCoin logo have that weird F?
That’s not just any “F” — it’s the Florin symbol (ƒ).
The Florin was a coin first minted in Florence, Italy in 1252, and it remained in use in various forms until the 19th century.
Since FCS is based in Italy, we thought it was a fitting nod to history — and it gives FurCoins a classy, old-school currency feel.
