Returns and Refunds Policy

At Fur Collectibles Store, we are committed to providing high quality products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you encounter a compliance issue, we have implemented a returns and refund policy to offer you peace of mind and satisfaction.

Legal Warranty of Conformity – 2 years (EU customers only):

In addition to our “Satisfied or Money Back” guarantee, all our products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity guarantee in accordance with current legislation.

In the event of non-conformity:

  1. If the product you have received is defective or does not correspond to the description, you have the right to request repair, replacement or reimbursement of the product.
  2. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible after finding the problem. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping costs for the return of the defective product will be covered by VitalSpine or reimbursed within a reasonable period of time and upon presentation of an invoice.

Return procedure in the event of non-conformity:

  1. Contact our customer service department using the contact form available here, using “Returns & Refunds” as your inquiry, to report the problem and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Follow the instructions provided to return the product. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
  3. Once we have received and inspected the defective product, we will assess the non-conformity and proceed to refund, repair or replace the product, in accordance with applicable legislation.

Exceptions and Important Notes:

  1. Products purchased during special promotions or final sales may be subject to different return conditions. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promotional offer.
  2. Personalized or modified products are not eligible for return under our “Satisfied or your money back” policy, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
  3. Fur Collectibles Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions set forth in this policy.
